UniFlow 4000 systems combine fountain chemistry and zone temperature control into a single, space-saving cabinet. Units come in a variety of fountain circulators and overall cooling capacities. AWS offers a full range of sizes and configurations of temperature control zones, as well as several fountain solutions, mixing, filtering and monitoring options. The systems are PLC controlled with touch screen interface and systems diagnostics. The unit arrives completely prepiped and prewired reducing installation time to less than half the time required by competitive systems.

UniFlow 4000 UFW water-cooled systems are designed for web applications where a central chilled water supply is available.

UniFlow 4000 UFS air-cooled systems are available for UV, forms and sheetfed printing.
